RE Artisan Patisserie is a small business built on a foundation of quality, love and passion. Founded by Rohitha Ediriweera, a world class pastry chef who has worked in every corner of world in hotels of high stature and recognition.
Starting out small by baking cakes for friends and family, Rohitha realised that his passion was to express his artistic and creative ability through his own branding, thus creating Re Artisan Patisserie.
Re Artisan Patisserie started off as a Café in Willagee serving sweet and savoury goods and slowly developed into a well-oiled machine which creates a multitude of cakes, muffins and other baked goods daily individuals and businesses alike.
In 2018 RE artisan patisserie has been move to Kardinya focusing wholesale business for Hotels, Catering companies and hospitals, In 2020 started online and retail stores delivering hi-quality cakes for individuals and trading a Gourmet Republik.
